Vision

A village-institute style commune in rural Muğla.

Model

A new-generation commune rather than a classic agricultural cooperative or a business: art, social sciences, technical production and shared living in one place, with a flat hierarchy.

Scale

Room for 40–60 people, reached in phases. It starts as a Minimum Viable Community and grows only when the previous phase works.

Spaces

Metal, wood, engine and ceramics workshops; classrooms for social sciences and philosophy; shared living areas and dormitories.

Sweat equity

Ownership and income follow the work people put in, not the capital they bring. Capital does not buy decision weight.

Decisions by consent

Sociocracy: a proposal passes when no one has a reasoned objection. An objection comes with a reason and a way forward. The process is open and written down.

Open by default

Plans, rules and accounts are public, like open-source code.
